The best and most important time to start training is at the earliest stage possible. Puppy class is the place to start. Socialization is the main emphasis of this class, but includes name recognition, walking nicely on a leash, as well as learning and recognizing puppy behaviors. Puppy class is for puppies 10 weeks to 4 ½ months old.
This course is the foundation for all training courses. During this course, you will to teach your dog to sit, stay, down, heel, stand, and come. You will be able to learn your dog’s behaviors, how to eliminate and discriminate between undesirable behaviors as well as those that deserve rewarding. Dogs must be 5 ½ months or older.
This intermediate level course offers you and your dog the opportunity to build on the basics. In this class, you will emphasize long stays, increase distractions, and improve dog socialization skills. Dogs must have completed Basic Elementary for Intermediate or completed intermediate for Advance.
